Pros

Individual teams are great, at least in my experience. Small teams make for generally good communication and support.

Cons

Upper management gives you classic corporate responses when asking about improvements in time off/sick time, pay, benefits etc. The company is supposed to guide others on ESG, but fails to be a leader in their employees' health and benefits.
