The pay and benefits are above average. You can learn a lot and use it to polish your resume.
Cons
In office requirement is unnecessary. Work life balance is preached but is not realistic. Work communications go out late at night on a regular basis. IT management has gotten worse the last few years. Team seems incapable of fixing small issues. The nepotism within department is criminal. High burn out and turnover. Promise training and growth opportunities then expect you to handle it yourself outside of work and will not compensate you. Will not put effort into your development.
