Pros

Awesome company with great benefits, interesting projects, and good work-life balance. Company is unique in that they invest more in employee development and science than any other company their size, more on par with large independents and majors.

Cons

The company runs lean so workload is high and employees are given a lot of responsibility, even early careers. That being said, turnover is much lower than the industry average, even in downturns.
