Pros
Flexible schedule, as long as your "tickets/service calls" are done within a day or two of receiving them. No office, go to fedex to pick up hardware to replace. Access to Dell and EMC training portals, good eLearning
Cons
No hands on training ahead of time, often sent to service calls improperly prepared. Drive time to locations can range from 10-400 miles, no company vehicle, only .35 cents per mile for your car. No reimbursement for wear and tear Stingy with time tracking, every minute and mile traveled is logged. Not enough pay to make the stress worth it.
