Good middle managers and friendly coworkers. SMC brand itself sells. You can be home by 5 or 6pm which was a big plus since I have little kids. It has potential to be a great company and great culture but not anytime soon…

Pros

Some good people in middle management. Okay starter job for future in sales because you start with a territory immediately. No SDR pipeline.

Cons

Upper management is convinced they are paying a competitive salary despite majority of the competent sales team leaving once their contract is up. They pay everyone the same salary whether you live in Nebraska or in the highest cost of living location the US. Mcdonalds can figure out geography based pay but this C-suite can't.
