      Pros

      SMC is a relatively small company (~50-60 people) with excellent managers. It feels like family. They spend a lot of time developing a great company culture, and they truly care about their employees professional growth.

      Cons

      Base Compensation is good, but not fantastic. The structure of the bonus program is super transparent and fair, as is the system for merit increases for each year — so that helps!
