SMC Sales Associate/Cashier reviews

Management is lacking most of the leads were power hungry and most didn't care about their employees. They pushed people to their limits and there were some days were some of the floor operators were passing out on the floor form heat and being pushed to there limits. Management only cared about it after they had already passed out. they would often put people on the same press every day and they were always on the most hardest presses there. unfair and over all i wouldn't recommend working there. one of the leads is extremely racist and would often watch and find reasons to get the people of color working there at the time in trouble or fired
