High expectations placed on certain employees while others are celebrated for being mediocre. Ample opportunities are given to people that underperform and are lazy and messy. Constantly cleaning up after and correcting the work of the aforementioned isn’t rewarded as it just becomes expected of you.. take pride in your own work and don’t care what others in the same role get away with doing and not doing and you will be fine.

Quite frankly one of the most regressive workplaces and environments I've ever been a part of. There was nothing that was ever initiated as a proactive measure, things only moved if the issue was on the front door step. The company is riddled with issues that stem from resistance to change and a "highschool" like atmosphere among leadership and managers. Instead of using information and teamwork to work towards a common goal, employees would hoard information to make themselves look better comparative to others and to mask their own insecurities about their job. There was always someone or something to complain about, but no one ever wanted to actually solve the issues with real solutions.
