Cons

Management at every level is a 'good old boys' club. High turnover with hourly production workers. New people are not very welcome coming in from the outside. People are rude.

SMC Ltd. is a medical device manufacturer and we do not have any sites in Kayunga Uganda, nor are we a seasonal business. We currently have sites in WI, OH, MA, CA, Costa Rica, the UK and India. This review was obviously posted to the wrong company in error.
