4yThank you for taking the time to write this feedback. I am sorry that your experience at SMC did not match our intention of being a great place to work. As mentioned in your review, SMC has been feeling the aftermath of the pandemic in terms of employee turnover within the last year or so. We have therefore focused our attention on our internal training and development programs and continue to provide promotional opportunities for our employees from within.
