I struggle to think of any. Nice cafeteria.

Cons

Too many to list. Very young Management. Get out and see the world. Not just Costa Rica. You will get a taste of real competitive organizations, will real talent, Billion dollar sales, and good NYSE, NASDAQ, and AMEX status.
