Nice facilities - toolroom was high tech, well lit and clean. Machines were well maintained and current. Co-workers were fun, intelligent and cared about the quality of their work.

Cons

Salaries are not competitive to the industry. Middle level management unstable. High employee turn over rate, due to lack companies ability to value employees. Very little opportunity to grow career beyond each department.
