      Toxic workplace and bad pay

      The coffee machine was nice.

      Cons

      There is a lot I can say about this. The culture was toxic, I took a paycut to be a tech and I was treated like trash. I got made fun of or smack was talked behind my back. It did not matter how much I did or the time I put in. I was burnt out and crying at me desk since I got NO help. I had to help other people out when they were stressed. I was doing jobs for three techs and I never got told I was doing a good job.

      Following recent announcement to slash the workforce morale is at an all time low. Leadership team of Cambridge Pharma and Oval Medical Technologies are poor. Bullying and harassment is widespread and HR do nothing to help or exit the wrong people, The good people are leaving.
