      Pros

      I would share all the pros I had if there were any.

      Cons

      Literally everything. It was so unbelievably cliquey. Nobody actually trains you for more than 4 seconds by handing you a book. The leads & above didn't have to share the same cleanliness that the production team had to, which is just gross. HR told me I wouldn't get an exception for calling in when there was a snow storm due to me not being local, only to find out the lead was salty & gave me one anyway.

      The hours are stable and only 5 days a week.

      Cons

      The leadership and communication between each department is very poor. There is always someone throwing someone else under the bus. The new management hired just made things worse
