Pros

The pay wasn't bad, and the health/benefits were decent. I received a decent sized severance pay despite my short time there.

Cons

terrible training structure, the woman who trained me demoralized me and questioned my abilities to my face. HUGE communication barrier, since her first language was not English. i was laid off without any notice due to "low quarter numbers" after 6 weeks.

This Company is a Multinational Company with Manufacturing Plants on different Continents. you will be in contact with people from different Cultures....

Cons

The main office is located in Japan, and some decisions are taken from there even if you have some good ideas, most of them needs to be review and get approved from Japan.
