Pros
The pay is decent compared to local competitors. But that's just one of their shady tactics to get you in the door.
Cons
Upper management is very arrogant and never holds themselves accountable for site issues. Never pays their suppliers on time. Little to no training. Processes are very poor and whatever processes they have aren't even followed properly. HR is completely clueless with everything going on. This company is barely only still around because they went private.
