Personnel with extensive EMS industry experience, including tier 1. Decent work life balance Pay is probably at industry average for most roles Career advancement opportunities exist - when other people leave the company. Strong bid management and engineering functions (growing) in Markham

Cons

Website refers to benefit program, however it applies to employees only - family coverage is extra and expensive. Website talks about bonuses for employees, however most employees have not received a bonus in years. Senior management does not build trust by communicating to the employees that everything is going to plan and the next thing you know, employees are restructured. Still feels like a very unstable environment. Priorities seem to shift every 30 minutes which makes it difficult to efficiently accomplish the work at hand.
