      Excellent environment, main advantage is small groups of students researcher in a class/group so learning opportunity is great.

      Pros

      The tuition benefits are great, but they are taxed which makes your take home pay much lower if you choose to use the benefits.

      Cons

      My boss was abusive and manipulative. I shared many examples of the way they treated my colleagues and me in my exit interview, and that person has been promoted since I left. Poor pay. Very, very old-fashioned and outdated management style. No room for growth.
