      Sometimes communication falls through the cracks and it's hard to understand what exactly is going on and who is tkaing on a certain responsibility

      SMU is a very family-friendly yet professional place to work. It is growing fast and quickly building a reputation as a top notch school

      Cons

      A lot of the decision-making is still driven by considerations of a small private school that it was rather than the thriving academic institution it seeks to become. There is a need for a lot more transparency in the actions of top management.
