There are no PROs to working at smartronix.

Cons

They screw you on Pay, the management does not care, benefits are horrible. 5 years to be fully vested, 12,000 health care deductible.

A lot of flexibility, easy and rewarding work, great people, provides clearance if necessary.

Cons

Pay is low, salary is not the same for employees with the same title, not a lot of overtime available.
