      Poor management. When project is done they try to make it your responsibility to find another one. Bad communication.

      Pros

      SMX is a wonderful employer. I have worked for them for many years, left for a few years and then came back. Wish I never left. Upper management truly cares about their employees, and it shows every day.

      No downside/cons in my honest opinion.
