They're invested in making their employees happy. From their CEO down, this company has been great.

Cons

They're not quite a large scale company and don't have the HR services that large ones do. This comes with both personal responsibility as well as freedom.

Good benefits and a positive, charismatic CEO with a progressive insight into the market.

Cons

Management in the departments is VERY POOR. They do not treat their employees with respect. They do not train, and if you think you can speak up for positive change- be careful. A lot of people unable to get the work done so it is CYA - throw someone under the bus- mistakes are treated like a reason for a nasty reprimand.
