      Great Company

      Pros

      The people I have worked with and am currently working with are some of the best in my career. The team dynamic is very strong. Everyone on my contract carries their workload and there are no slackers. The company does a very good job of keeping the employees informed on the status of the health of the company and recognition of deserving individuals.

      Cons

      The company is small but is growing therefore if a contract is lost during recompete and lost there are times when people have to be cut due to lack of enough positions.
