      Pros

      SMX is a wonderful employer. I have worked for them for many years, left for a few years and then came back. Wish I never left. Upper management truly cares about their employees, and it shows every day.

      Cons

      No downside/cons in my honest opinion.

      I showed up 1-3 hours early most days, and they let me go without a warning.

      Pros

      Had vision insurance, mostly nice people except for the branch manager.

      Cons

      Didn’t give me a warning about being let go, and gave me a vague reason why they fired me. (Probably they didn’t want my benefits to come in to effect.)Almost complete new crew every 2 weeks. Few people spoke English.
