      Pros

      Friendly and collaborative environment You feel valued and appreciated Right level of management - guidance, support and direction when needed but sometimes just someone to listen Good mix of technical team skills Interesting clients and projects Good work / life balance and flex time Good training courses - internal and external Ability to move up in role and help with new initiatives Management shares regular updates on new awards, project successes, company matters, etc. which is nice to see Executive staff takes interest in what's going on and cares about the team

      Pros

      Smartronix has a good work/life balance and opportunity to grow professionally within the company which I think are really important. The overall work environment is great as well and management really cares about their employees and wants to give them the opportunities and support needed to succeed.

      Cons

      None that I've noticed so far.
