no real perks just good for college grads to try to get experience

Cons

No real direction, sitting on the bench for 3 months since hired , getting harassed to complete irrelevant certs that do not pertain to my Job duties nor skilled background just to keep company in gold status with Microsoft. No real team collaboration everyman for themselves along with good ole boy systems .
