      Pros

      Direct managers let me do my work and remain mostly autonomous, but were always there when I needed anything. Competitive pay and benefits Senior leadership were constantly looking for new ways for the company to grow and thrive, expanding to new markets and such.

      Cons

      Job security was tied to contracts that may or may not get renewed, but thats the nature of the business.
