Management is open door, very accessible. Plenty of opportunity to grow. Talented team members.

Cons

There is more work than there are people to do it. If you work hard and put in the time though, you will make an impact and be recognized.

Skilled and knowledgeable colleagues; willing to share info Managememt team is accessible and open to ideas The structure and process is beneficial to operating smoothly

Cons

There's more work to do than resources, so current team gets overloaded sometimes. Branding and internal organizational work takes lower priority than client work, with few dedicated staff to operations and marketing. Great work done but not talked about much because of that.
