      Company cares for their employees, and have a lot of events to help get people involved in the community.

      Cons

      They don't pay much, and wont budge on it.

      Company likes to work hard and play hard. Had a lot of corporate functions that family members could join. Sports events, picnics, etc

      Started to grow rapidly and some of the personal touched were slipping away.

      Pros

      Great management at ALL levels. They really care about their employees! GREAT benefits. Management also accommodated staff to a healthy and fit cubical area by raising the desk so that we could stand or sit while working.

      Cons

      It was a contractor position. I would love to have worked for the actual company. The data analysts needed to meet a quota of 300 corrected records a day and maintain above a 96% accuracy on their month peer audits. This isn't a bad thing, at times it was hard to stay motivated. Stress only occurred if you did not meet your numbers for the day. You must give your 100% everyday.
