Pros
Excellent experience with recruiter and hiring process, she was friendly, knowledgable and actually has been with the company for a decent amount of time. Easy transition, good benefits, more time off and easy commute.
Cons
Working next to the government employees you really see how little they do, how much lunchroom gossip happens and how easy it is to transition from an actually working contractor to standing around government employee. Is you blink at a government employee the wrong way you can easily get snubbed and then pulled into a management meeting- very juvenile environment.
