Pros
Great people to work with and doing great AWS work - learned a lot and company is very well run and very diversified
Cons
The COO implemented a "flat organization" which meant no management over the architects and engineers, but it mean that the program managers, in addition to managing almost too many programs, had HR responsibilities for 4-5 architects and engineers, meaning doing reviews, handling disciplinary issues etc. It was just too much. For my last 4 months at the company I averaged nearly 45 meetings a week.
