The team is great and there are some really smart people! AWS opportunities and learning is encouraged.
Cons
This company only cares about one thing and one thing only, money! They reduced my entire team’s salaries by 10% despite our contract not losing any profitability. They rolled this plan out with little planned, acknowledgement of what they were doing, or clear messaging. Stay away if you want to work for a company that is transparent or treats there employees with any respect.
