Pros

The company has a great insurance and retirement plan. The salary is one of the best in the area.

Cons

The hours that are worked takes a lot to get use to. Also you work about 2 months with out a weekend off but then you will have about a month of weekeds

Pros

II don't know about SNF France but its Indian subsidiary has no pros that I can think of.... Only decent thing was bonus on special occasions which was scrapped later.

Cons

Shabby treatment of employees/engineers, horrible higher management which treats qualified PG Engineers as lowlife chemists. A classic example of nepotism in higher management and discrimination among employees. No workers rights with totally unpredictable work hours. I had a masters degree in chemical engineering with lot of knowledge of process engineering/simulation skills learned at my studies in USA and I was treated like I knew nothing....

SNF Flomin

Pros

Flomin allows it's employees to keep a highly flexible work schedule. Projects are very diverse and employee involvement in many different fields is highly encouraged. The company tends to hire young professionals.

Cons

Compared to other companies in the area, the salaries are somewhat lower. For some people, the lack of rigid structure can be challenging (although most people like it and work well with it)
