Flexible schedule, time off, fair compensation. Great chemical technology. Non micro management culture, reasonable sales goals with an emphasis on volume.

Cons

Lack of specific industry knowledge (outside polymers), Poor divisional management. Archaic business processes from too much growth too fast, but getting better slowly.

getting paid every week, schedule is made for a year, paid holidays, paid sick and vacation days, nice break rooms, nice lab coats and work boots provided

Cons

no supervisor communication, no plant communication, no weekends off frequently, rotating schedule, no real food options on site. only get 8hr day pay when you’re always scheduled 10
