Learning experience with a lot of misconceptions

Decent money with good training on how to make chemicals and being safe doing so. Alot of employees are eagerly to teach you.

Cons

I hate to put negative comments but with this company I'm with snf chemtall and first that safety is a main concern and that I've seen major incidents get swept under the rug depending on who it is. Second is the schedules that change daily, planning for a vacation is hard with that. The union is basically a management ranso any complaints from workers get no investigation.
