best pay in the area, offers overtime when available, at least thirty six hours per week, work with a wide variety of people

Cons

if your relief calls out you are required to stay for an additional four hours, swing shift and schedule will change from week to week, management can come across as oblivious.

Flomin allows it's employees to keep a highly flexible work schedule. Projects are very diverse and employee involvement in many different fields is highly encouraged. The company tends to hire young professionals.

Cons

Compared to other companies in the area, the salaries are somewhat lower. For some people, the lack of rigid structure can be challenging (although most people like it and work well with it)
