Tons of turnover. Don't leave a job for SNF. Culture is very adversarial and there is a lot of distrust

A lot of good people work here. The Savannah area has a high quality of life.

Cons

Turnover turnover turnover. A strong resistance to anything that is new. Dysfunctional people in positions of authority.

Pros

The company has cheap and great benefits for your whole family. The 401k plan is also unbeatable.

Cons

There is a lot of micro managing going on which can be annoying and distracting at times

It's an easy job for relatively good pay.

Cons

The manager and supervisors are horrible. Supervisors don't really care about the work and simply follow instructions of the managers. The communication between them is non-existent. Constantly go back on their word or are hypocritical. They should ask their employee for constructive criticism and how they could improve the work area. They play favorites and rarely ever take the blame if something goes wrong. The job has a high turnover and that's probably one of the main reason. Theres no way to move up unless someone retires or leaves.
