Pros

If you join as a shift super. with a degree you'll make a good check. Work environment is average.

Cons

Management is a mixed bag. The manufacturing arm doesn't have engineering support and it makes it seem like no improvements can be made. BUSINESS IS SUPER SLOW RIGHT NOW and most of the recent growth was due to fracking, so now that fracking has died down the company is pinching every penny (this year the company laid off people for the first time ever)

Pros

Very good place to work if you have a degree in chemical engineer, engineer, chemist or a safety coordinator.

Cons

Very low wages for a chemical manufacturing facility due to lack of industrial competition in the area. We have a Union that really lacking leadership due to the fact that the union president is actually just another company employee. Leadership here thinks that all accidents are done with bad intentions not the fact that most machines and pumps in this facility is outdated.

The company has a great insurance and retirement plan. The salary is one of the best in the area.

Cons

The hours that are worked takes a lot to get use to. Also you work about 2 months with out a weekend off but then you will have about a month of weekeds
