The people are awesome - friendly - super fun environment - and everyone is driven and supportive of one another. This is my first sales job and it was really scary transitioning out of public accounting into recruiting, but they made the transition very smooth. The hiring managers did a great job of managing my expectations and making sure I understood what I was committing to do. I will make more money recruiting than I ever would have in accounting.

Cons

Recruiting isn't for everyone and if you're new to it then it takes about 8-12 months to really get the hang of it. Weak benefits packages and no 401K
