I've had the pleasure of working at SNI in the Jacksonville, FL office for nearly 2 years. I started as an Executive Recruiter and was promoted to Division Director within my first year. In the past, I've worked at both large and small companies, publicly traded and privately held. SNI rewards hard work and actively promotes from within. There are no guarantees here, or anywhere else for that mater. Not everybody is successful, but your success is in YOUR hands. Employees are provided with all the tools to succeed, open communication with and accessibility to management and a defined career path. What else can one expect? Great company, great people - enough said.
