Good work-life balance. Great team of co-workers who have each others back and make the office environment fun. I enjoy coming to work pretty much every day.

Cons

Staffing at its worst

They do have a couple people in the company that are decent at what they do. I can tell some people really want to help but it seems like they can't due to direction from their manager. We did get paid on time and had no problems.

Cons

I was only with the company for a few days but it was a very odd feel. We weren't able to turn the lights on because some people said there was a glare on their computer. There was a lot of company fighting and I did get wind of commissions being taken from other divisions. Once I hear about the commissions time and time again I decided to leave. There was over 10 people that came and went in my short stint here.
