Pros
You know, I find the negative comments pretty funny. This is a metrics driven industry. For you to have success, you need to have a plan and stick to it. SNI's compensation for employees is actually on par/higher than other staffing firms. Yes, there has been some faults with management and employees but that is with any company. As a recruiter, I have never met a single person walking into an interview with me that did not have a single complaint about one of their employers. It's like they say, people usually only come on here to give negative feedback but rarely give positive feedback when things are going well.
Cons
Every company has their problems. There was some turnover in management but that was for the better of the company. Without great managers a company will not prosper.
