Large company so if you can play the corporate game of standing on your coworkers shoulders in the water and boasting about how good you are over and over, you have room for growth.

Cons

You’re only a number. Even if you make the company many times your expected value, you’re not recognized and monetarily compensated for this despite corporate promises of billable hour achievements. Broken promises never stop coming. No one in management will fight for you because they’re more concerned about themselves and their future.
