Pros

A name that speaks for itself, leader of IT industry Good benefits packages, perks etc. Multiple locations, opportunities to relocate (if you plan on being with a company for a long time, it’s nice to know that you have the option to move around) Great chance to develop your skill set

Cons

As in each global company there is some kind of multi-level bureaucracy Promotion might take a pretty long time and much effort, but still possible All in all a pretty standard set of shortcomings for a big IT company
