      Pros

      It's my 2nd job, started with SOFTHQ and it provide me with a great work culture. I was very happy to work with director of SOFTHQ, Sindhu Thummalasetty for 4 years and This has made for a wonderful working environment to learn and adopt new working style and she is also having a friendly nature who understand the associate's. Everything was fine. I liked working here I would like to thanks for all these 4 years.

      Pros

      The management is very supportive and understanding. Suggest the right skill set to consultants and help them finding projects quickly. Have many big clients from whom they get lots of job requirements. Very transparent when it comes to company policy and in terms of setting the right expectations for every employee.
