      For a lazy person, this is an ideal place to be because every due process can be done using some shortcut method

      Cons

      For an honest person, this is a terrible place to be. Everything we do here is based on lies, particularly with the placement of our consultants.

      Pros

      Most of the people get a job in QA only. I don't see any other benefit to working here.

      Cons

      They won't pay you 1st salary until you finish your project. and they will let you know this when you won't receive your salary and you asked for it. Mostly fake reviews make it 4 stars. won't tell you the real salary and give you very small package, you won't even image before join.

      Its a great experience to work with SOFTHQ.. You work with the smartest people, on high impact projects, its fun working with them.

      No cons really! Just have to be aware that you have to give in your best to stand out amongst the smartest people! :)
