Pros

I work 40 hours a week, thats it. For a tech/dev/sysadmin job this is relatively unheard of for me. Pay appears to be middle of the road. Great co-workers

Cons

Some may see this as a con (I don't) but you should be aware a clearance is needed so you are required to abstain from cannabis.

Pros

SOLUTE's DevOps crew has a large variety of people with lots of skill and experience who are glad to share. This is truly a place where collaboration happens not only on teams, but across teams. There is a great deal of flexibility and ownership that you can have in the area you are working.

Cons

The small organization means the path to knowledge can sometimes be self-driven. There isn't a clear one path to success, but instead lots of room to find how your skills fit into the organizations needs. Assertiveness is required to really figure out what you need to know to grow.

- Interesting work - Possible to advance quickly - Salary growth is possible outside of a regular cycle - Management is learning from mistakes - Lots of new, high impact work coming in - Flexibility with scheduling

Cons

- Small company, contract shuffles have happened. Management is trying to fix this. - Benefits do not match the culture of organization. I know management is working to improve these.
