Helpful management, clear onboarding process, training and career path resources readily available, warm welcome to the company, competitive pay, nice office, remote positions and company appears to recognize remote work as a viable option, relaxed atmosphere, work-life balance seems emphasized, DEI efforts are continuing, and the compensation and benefits structure is competitive.

From pre hire to start day and so on, everyone I have encountered has been professional and welcoming. Everyone speaks with excitement about the happenings of the company both internally and externally. From training to ensuring I have everything I need to perform my job at a high level has been provided. The company culture is exceptional and can be felt through conversations with coworkers of the pride they have working at Solv.
