family company good benefits pay could be more but where couldn't it be. Hard work does pay off but so does who you know.

Cons

can not really think of many cons for dirty factory work not playing in the schoolyard. Room for growth as far as your department I don't know how much of that applies to moving to other departments

GREAT company benefits. Best health insurance possible. Privately owned so fairly quick moving decisions. Lots of holidays including a week off At Christmas-New Years. Fairly low stress sales environment. Great company vehicles

Cons

Some managers can be difficult as with everywhere Salary is fairly low for the industry
