The Benefits were amazing and didn't cost the employee much.

Cons

As the company grows it has become less caring for it's employees. The micro management is at an all time high.

Beware Deceptive and Unethical Practices are the Norm

Pros

Regular paycheck arriving when expected and some good people at the bottom.

Cons

Unfortunately too many to list but they do “enhance” numbers and stories with unethical reporting and promises to customers,distributors, and employees. They like to “mix and match” info to hit needed numbers are constantly fighting with distributors when they are caught(regularly occurring).
